There are quite a lot of sites that will let you see OS maps online these days but with walking in mind please take a look at Walk Highlands. This site will let you plan your walk on 1:25000 OS maps and optionally download the waypoints to your GPSr.  Despite the title it's really useful for the whole country, not just the Highlands.
